Storyboards

Individual frames pulled from two storyboard sequences I created in 2011. Both were for a class I was taking at the time.

Images 1-8 began as an in-class assignment to create a new, surprise twist on the age-old tale of Little Red Riding Hood.

(It ends with the hero woodsman arriving in the nick of time, not to save the day, but to enjoy a steaming hot cup of tea

offered by Grandma, calmly sitting at a little side table with her granddaughter, admiring a conspicuously new

wolf-skin rug on the floor at their feet.)

Images 9-12 are examples from my story of Feral Ferris, a mangy desert house cat pestered to the point of insanity

by a trio of blood-sucking fleas (aka, the Flea Amigos) on a drinking binge. For my final class project, I turned the

full storyboard sequence into an animatic. I have also rendered one of the caballero cowboy fleas, Ferdinand,

in 3D using the cg program Maya. Both of these videos can be viewed below along with my Cootiville animatic.
